1. Overview

TrackFlow ("the App") is a personal expense tracking application developed by the Developer. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App accesses, how it is used, and your rights regarding your data. The Developer is committed to protecting your privacy. TrackFlow is designed to collect no personal data on behalf of the Developer. All data you enter remains under your sole control.

2. Data Collected and How It Is Used

TrackFlow does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal information with the Developer or any third party. Expense data (amounts, categories, notes, and dates) that you enter into the App is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework and, if you are signed into iCloud, synced privately via Apple's CloudKit service (iCloud private database). This data is stored in your personal iCloud account and is accessible only to you. The Developer has no access to this data at any time.

3. iCloud Sync

If you are signed into iCloud on your device, TrackFlow will sync your expense data across your Apple devices using CloudKit (iCloud private database). This sync is performed entirely within Apple's infrastructure under Apple's iCloud Privacy Policy (https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/). If iCloud is unavailable or not enabled, the App automatically falls back to local on-device storage. No data is sent to any server operated by the Developer.

4. Camera and Photo Library

TrackFlow requests access to your device camera and photo library solely for the receipt scanner feature. When you use the receipt scanner: - Images are processed entirely on-device using Apple's Vision framework. - No images are stored by the App beyond the active scanning session. - No images are transmitted to any server. Camera and photo library access is optional. You may decline these permissions and still use all other features of the App.

5. Analytics and Advertising

TrackFlow contains no analytics SDKs, advertising networks, crash reporting services, or any third-party tracking libraries. No usage data, device identifiers, or behavioral data is collected.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Your data is retained on your device and in your private iCloud account for as long as you use the App. To delete all data: - Within the App: go to Daily tab → ⋯ menu → Reset Data. - To remove iCloud data: go to iOS Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud → Manage Account Storage → TrackFlow, and delete the associated data. - Deleting the App from your device removes all locally stored data immediately.

7. Children's Privacy

TrackFlow does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13. The App does not target children and does not contain content directed at children.

8. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be reflected with a new effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

6. 数据保留与删除

您的数据将在您使用本应用期间保留在您的设备和私有 iCloud 账户中。删除所有数据的方法： - 在应用内：进入"日常"标签 → ⋯ 菜单 → 重置数据。 - 删除 iCloud 数据：前往 iOS 设置 → [您的姓名] → iCloud → 管理账户存储 → TrackFlow，删除相关数据。 - 从设备上删除本应用，将立即移除所有本地存储数据。

7. 儿童隐私

TrackFlow 不会故意收集 13 岁以下儿童的信息。本应用不针对儿童，也不包含面向儿童的内容。

8. 政策变更

本隐私政策可能会不定期更新。任何变更将以本页面顶部的新生效日期体现。在变更发布后继续使用本应用，即表示您接受更新后的政策。
